"Enough" Jalua demanded, glaring at both of her friends. "I shall leave Salanda having a weak defence, the Republic will suspect a trap here. The other weak planet shall be Gyndine however, while the fleets move very visibly through our territories. When they take the bait, we can all converge on the planet within a couple of hours. Meanwhile, Gyndine can hold them off with it's planetary defences and shield. If we make the Republic land it's forces, it will also drag it's fleet into orbit, meaning the planet's gravity well will stop them escaping straight away. Once the trap becomes a reality, they will have nowhere to run with all of your interdictors operational. Then we can beat them into the planet itself and force them to surrender after taking many casulties. It will rally our cause even further and drag more planets into creating treaties with all three of our empires". Jalua began keying in some orders to her datapad while she listened to the two men respond. The orders would go to Admiral Nubai, who was in the best position to respond. Furthermore, she would be leading this battle personally, she had been in touch with her father's tactical knowledge since she was a child, but rarely had the opportunity to put them into practice. Nubai would be there to give her some support, but also to keep him in line, his overconfidence worried her greatly.

Dan raised his eyebrow. "I do not want more territories. Lok is enough, and eventually, I want to try to gain Taris back. But other then the territory part, it's a good plan. Seeing as I only control one planet, I'll have to run my fleets through some of the Coalitions territory. I'll keep them away from Gydine, however." Dan pulled out a datapad. "I'll still have the 6th come here anyways. I want them to form up with the Talon's Revenge before we hit Gydine. I'll lead my forces personally." He turned to the holograph of the Remnant leader. "And what about your forces?"

Hammond frowned. "I will leave enough cruisers at Ruuria to establish a blockade on the entire Corporate Sector. They won't be able to hold the planet on their own once the Republic realizes what is going on, but it will suffice to cause severe economic damage. However, the rest of the fleets will remain in dead space ready to support Gyndine. However, I will reserve the bulk of my fleets for a much more daring plan. I guarantee, however, that once my plan is set in motion, the Republic will be rendered useless, unable to send reinforcements to Gyndine. It may even be possible that, given the immense damage I plan to deal to them, they will retreat immediately."

"Do what you wish" Jalua replied plainly, not intending to cause any tension or feelings towards the matter. She was sure with her tactical knowledge, she would be able to provide a clear blow to the Republican Fleet who had amassed itself at Lianna and was now beginning to head towards Salanda. They would soon find Gyndine a more passionate target however, falling straight into her double-sided trap. They would expect a trap at the capital, and avoid it on purpose, heading to where the ambush was already laid out for them. The only thing to do now was to await the Republic's arrival.
Jalua turned to a Colonel who took her out of view from the hologram and Dan. "Empress, we have received word that the mercenaries have arrived" he whispered quietly, obviously awaiting a reaction. Jalua have none, except nodding once in a stare behind him. "Thank you Colonel, send them to the reception hall and I will greet them in a few minutes personally". He nodded and saluted before heading off to lead the supposed mercenaries to the reception hall. Jalua meanwhile, returned to the hall. "I must go now, both of you make sure you are comfortable with all arrangements, it shall take at least a day for the Republic to reach here and further to assess their targets. I will speak to you again when we prepare to unleash our ambush, Zorko, I will speak to you about fleet arrangements sooner. Good day" she politely spoke to both capable commanders. Jalua meanwhile, headed to the reception hall to greet some new allies.

Dan nodded and shut off the holoprojector, cutting off Hammond. He turned on his heel, walked out of the palace, and into his waiting gunship, which took off.

Admiral Nubai strode through the corridors towards the throne room. He was fairly annoyed at being kept out of the loop about the trap and the fact that he was wanted in a secondary advisory role only. With a planet of such importance to the Imperial Coalition, he would rather not risk the defence being led by a self-praising brat who had entitled the throne through murder. Furthermore, Nubai's anger was increased by the fact that John Hammond had gone forwards to speak with the Empress without his consent, something which he had actually tried to avoid until he could get a clear situation on the events unfolding. He glared with hatred at the red doors to the throne room has he approched, his footsteps echoing along the single corridor. His progress was stopped however, when two guards he hadn't noticed till now, stepped in front of him and literally forced him to a stop with their strength. These were powerful soldiers who obviously had a lot of training and expertise, Nubai was careful not to lash out at them in anger. Getting off the floor, he still attempted to glare at the soldiers and provoke some fearful response. There was none however, in fact, they seemed to be enjoying this. "You will have to wait until the Empress is ready to see you Admiral. She wants you to calm down before you enter" the soldier on his right announced, obviously smirking at the Admiral's disgust and surprise. Nubai this time took the offensive and brushed both soldiers out of his way, muttering something about the privates and swinging both doors out forcefully. He stopped however, when he noticed the calm paradise of the throne room. It wasn't like he had imagined or even seen on the plans for the palace, instead it was marble with a large open centre. The throne was to the left with three steps providing a raised platform. On the right was a desk with an officer who seemed to be humming, without regard to where he was. Four marble columns stretched upwards in front of him, with the red carpet from the doors continuing through the center. Nubai walked further and noticed these steps went down about ten times, although small steps, forcing him to slow down his pace, and to an amazing sight. There was another, longer marble floored room. A waterfall gracefully slipped loose a large amount of water into two swimming pools which had a marble and carpeted platform between them. Empress Jalua Solast was meditating in this platform, and Nubai approached from the steps, while looking around in wonder at the open design. He even noticed the large open area in the ceiling, where sunlight leaked through, illuminating the entire throne room. "I'm glad you have calmed down" Jalua spoke quietly with her back to him. She gracefully rose up from the floor without using her hands Nubai noted, and turned towards him. She wasn't in uniform or dress like he had seen her recently in, but instead a white tank top and blue bottoms which suggested she had been working out. The Major who had been filling paperwork came over casually, passing the humming Lieutenant and brought the Empress a drink. "Two sugars" he spoke seemingly without worry at not bowing, kneeling or saluting the Empress. He even spoke out of tone, more calm and relaxed with his coat slung over his shoulder. "Thanks Henri" the Empress responded with a smile, taking the steaming drink from his hands. The Major then, to Nubai's amazement, began taking off his uniform to reveal swimming wear, and jumped into the pool. Nubai was absolutely stunned, an Empress who had shown a liking of going into battle and living the life like a soldier also seemed to be unconcerned about the basic military demands. "Why wasn't i told about the ambush?" Nubai asked, his anger rising again. "Patience" Jalua said softly, walking past him towards the throne. "There's something else i need you to do". This made Nubai curious, what exactly was more important than defending Gyndine. "What would that be?" he asked, his tone full of questions. "I've put you officially advising me, but instead i want you to take 9th Imperial Task Force to Coruscant" she concluded, looking back at the Admiral to see his reaction. His surprise was not hidden, in fact, he was fearful. Jalua herself had been wondering how he would take the news, but he apparently thought this would be a suicide mission to get rid of him. "Calm down, you will do this in full secrecy. We have new Templar prototypes which have gone through tests with flying colours. I've decided that because of the expenses and the fact that we can't build too many, we shall create our own renegade military to fight a different kind of war. The Templar Prototypes shall be piloted by the Black Guard. They will destroy the XR-1 which is the Republic's way of boosting it's image. It's opening ceremony shall begin in three days time, and twenty Templars equipped with the latest technology should be able to get in close and then deliver a devastating barrage. The first ten starfighters shall contain the 'Electronic Vortex Device', EVD for short. These will drain the shields down while they explode, spreading the charge of the shields along fragmented materials. Once the shield is down, the Titan bombs shall deploy, each carrying the power of twenty nuclear bombs in a single warhead. They shall pierce through the outer shell of the station, hitting key points in the structure and then detonating, providing two hundred nuclear explosions which will provide nothing but raw materials where the station once stood. The military doesn't have much interest in the station, but it's likely the Senate will request security forces to assist in making a barrier. Shouldn't be too much of a problem though, once the bombs are dropped, the Templars will evacuate to an abandoned mining complex in the Inner Rim". Jalua's hands moved to indicate where she was speaking, "Major Harrington..." pointing to the swimming pool, "and Captain Lowe..." pointing to the person Nubai hadn't recently noticed leaning behind the wall. "are Special Forces Commandos who are due up for retirement. They are very loyal and i know them well, they have agreed to take on the role of leading the Black Guard and training them. I need you to be there in guidance for a while, making sure that they have the strategic capabilities when they are called upon later". Quite a demand Nubai thought, but he could see the potential of having a force which didn't need to cover it's back from public eyes. They could take in all the hatred in the galaxy, but still operate effectively. If that happened to the Imperial Coalition, it would fall within hours. Plus, they didn't need to show any mercy, something Nubai originally thought the Special Forces would be tasked with, but instead their expertise had been placed in covert operations and wars, some gaining public knowledge and interest, bringing a bit more pride to the nation. "Okay, when do i start?" Nubai asked, quite content with the task laid before him. "Once the attack begins, i need you to be spotted heading to a shuttle to the fleet under my command, the public and military will believe you were advising me, but instead your shuttle will have an identical radar signature to a canister which will be tractor beamed into the flagship. You meanwhile will escape unnoticed and to the mining complex" Jalua ended, smiling as she led the Admiral to the door. OOC: Edited for only slightly better reading

"Condition Zero" she shouted, racing through the corridors. The strike at Coruscant had gone earlier than scheduled and hence, not all operatives were in position. She barged into the communications centre and from there, used her eye and hand access prints to the classified area. It was so far into the mountain the city was built on, the Empress had to take a speeder to the centre. Once there, she was led into the room where selected specialists worked in complete secrecy. Nobody knew who they were or what they did, but they did it well. Two agents were waiting there and greeted the Empress, while they waited for the weapon to come out of the lab. It didn't take long, and all they were given was small flasks with holes in the top. The lid twisted these open, having an air-tight seal until needed. They were then given a briefcase specially adapted to contain a gas mask and suit for the operation. They were already in business suits but the ones they would adopt were full cover hazard suits. Each carried one flask each and had their seperate targets. This was the last they would see each other and they did not know each other's name, codes, locations or work. All they knew was that they needed to reach a safe distance from the target with the ideal conditions and then unleash the deadly biological weapon, before disappearing into the background.

A Lambda-Class shuttle with BM markings descended towards the palace. The pilot opened up a link. "Imperial Coalition Palace, this is Black Moon shuttle 203, requesting permission to land. We are carrying a Coalition Royal Guard which we wish to return."

"Affirmative" said the Lieutenant, "The landing pad is coming out now". Within minutes, two squads of armed soldiers had appeared at the landing pad, one on the pad itself and one by the entrance to the Palace. Although they were heavily armoured and carried loaded weapons, this was a precautionary practice only. They expected no trouble from the Black Moon, even if they were pirates.

"Shuttle 203 copies, coming in now." said the pilot, and descended to the pad. In the back sat the Reaper that had punched the guard in the face, and the guard himself. "Grand Admiral Zorko said he left your armor with the Empress, but it got sorta cut up." said the Reaper. "Cut up?" asked the guard. "Lightsaber. Long story which they didn't tell me yet." said the Reaper. "Oh sith.." said the guard. "Must've been one hell of a trip." The Reaper laughed. "I'm going to miss you, buddy. Seriously, sorry about punching you in the face. I got dorta carried away." The guard shrugged. "Its ok. Sorry about trying to kill you when I woke up." "It's cool." said the Reaper. "My arm has mostly healed. The doctor said it should move fully again in a few days."
At this point, the shuttle's door started to open. The two shook hands, and descended the ramp.

Jalua was in her private meeting room, stood talking to a selection of advisory members, lords, diplomats, admirals and diplomats. They discussed quite a few things which had been happening, although she wasn't directly revealing the plans addressed above Tython, she was laying out the foundations with her council here. "I've had no word from Hammond, i sent a private transmission and then an official one, nothing" Jalua said, thinking hard about what had been said and what she had heard. "There are rumours about his health" one diplomat said, looking straight at Jalua as if trying to get information from her. "Well yes, i think we've all heard those. I know most of you, if not all, don't trust him or his staff. I agree, i did trust them but bringing their armada to us wasn't the best move they could have made. We haven't been perfect allies though either" she added thoughtfully. "Mine layers are going ahead of schedule, we are finishing them off along the Mandalorian border now, that should give them and us extra protection from the Core" an Admiral said, looking briefly at another who added to this. "We have done well with our planetary defences, we've got sufficient lanes now to help filter traffic and protection the planets along the Sarapin, Commenor and Humbarine front. Although i would like to add Nubia to our list" he questioned, "Not yet" replied Jalua straight away. "If they realised we were fortifying our position within the Corellian Sector, then they would go mental. At the moment, i see that being our best place to connect to them, trade and through diplomatic channels" she concluded, ending that point. "Well we shall continue like normal, keep our links open with the Empire, but we shall stand back and let them approach us this time. If they are planning to go against us, we must be prepared. I can only take their lack of communication to a sign of tension. On similar matters, i will soon visit Mandalore personally, i hear he is making a recovery, so i want to meet him and assure him that our empires can work together".

A Lambda shuttle landed in the Royal Landing Pad. Immediately, it was surrounded by Royal Guards, who were ready to shoot it down.
Tektor Fyaar was sat in the cockpit, dressed in Jedi robes and carrying a Jedi lightsaber.
He came out, his hood on his head, walking with ease and calmly. Immediately, the troops surrounded him.
"Halt."
"I'm a Jedi. I have pressing news to tell the Empress." The troops looked confused, but they still did not back down. The captain shook his head, as if in negation that Fyaar was a Jedi.
Fyaar smiled. He held his hand up, and the Captain's holstered pistol flew to his outstretched hand, where Fyaar caught it. "See, my friend? Now take me to the Empress." With that the troopers were set more at ease, and took Fyaar to Jalua.
