Dan was closely monitoring the situation on Ruria when the communication from the Imperials came in. "Sir, they want us to assist in the invasion!" yelled a comm officer. "Tell them I'll send a fleet or two." said Dan. Turning to an officer: "Alert the 4th Starfighter Batallion and the 2nd Support Fleet. Send them to Ruria, and assist Hammond. Alert the Talon's Revenge that we will be leaving for Salanda, and alert the BM embassy and the Imperial Coalition to my arrival. All fleets are to remain at red alert until further notice. Put the planet in lockdown until further notice. All ships are to be ready to defend the planet or jump into hyperspace to where they're needed." The officer saluted, then turned to leave. Dan turned and with his Reapers in their new AVALON armor in tow, he went outside to the waiting CAMELOT gunship.

A hologram of Hammond appeared in front of Dan. (OOC: Maybe I lent you a portable hologram projector for emergencies?) Although unsure of how to speak to the leader of pirate faction, Hammond spoke confidently and politely,
"Captain Zorko, as you know, we suspect an imminent attack upon Ruuria very soon. My fleet there is designed to blockade, not to fight another fleet. If you would kindly provide capital ship support, my fleet at Ruuria has enough starfighters to hold an enemy fleet at bay. Your fleet's only objective will be to hold our space long enough for me to counter-attack. Do you agree? I will share my tactical and strategic movements as I make them, but for now I must have your trust, and your help." Hammond looked directly at Zorko, knowing that the Empire's best soldiers fate might depend on this one man.

Dan curled his lip a little and thought. He then turned to an officer. "Stop the 4th. Reroute them back to hear. Move the 3rd Capital Ship Attack Squad and the 7th Enforcement force to Ruria and meet up with the 2nd Support Force." Turning back to Hammond. "I just sent some more ships your way. If you need me, I will be on Salanda with the Empress. Zorko out."
