Rear Admiral Price arrived with his five Star Destroyers. Ambria had a Nebula Star Destroyer which often patrolled the area with other smaller craft, so immediately this squadron linked up intelligence information with them. Starfighters streamed out in small groups to the beacons dotted around the area which recorded activity, they would download the information and send it back to the fleet for analysis.
After a couple of hours, the area was deemed to be safe and the remaining construction ships and mine layers entered within the safety zone of the Star Destroyers. Their job was to secure this small system with fortifications which would slow down enemy intelligence vessels and fleets. Lanes were formed between the mines for passing traffic to descend through, although battle stations were being built to help defend these lanes and elsewhere.
