Species: Kandori (Custom Humanoid Species - Blunt nose and more depth to eye sockets. Can breathe normal air but their nose and eyes were adapted to use in more toxic mixtures)
Appearance: Apart from his species' styling, he is often wearing a black uniform. His skin is a milky colour with a shade of green. He is usually alert when in public.
Faction: Black Guard/Imperial Coalition (I don't want anyone to make the connection between Imperial Coalition and Black Guard without asking me).

Personality: Stubborn, Scheming, Sly
Attributes and Flaws: Although he is a good tactician and strategist, he often attempts to back stab people and generally set them up. He also likes to be in control, even if it is in the background. He will make threats and blackmail people to get his own way. Although he is a useful ally, he must be closely watched.
Character History: Nubai was raised with his grandparents on Kandori, a planet deep within modern Imperial Coalition space. After attending the Republic Academy and raising up through several positions, he found himself waiting for promotion for several years. His skills at setting people up came into it's stride here, with him successfully befriending people who would be rivals and then stitching them up with information. He occasionally came across superiors and rivals who didn't like his attitude and knew what he was like, but every time he either set them up or made sure they couldn't affect his goals. He generally feels that he is above others, when he becomes superior he will often let people know forcefully that he is in charge, and potentially rid his rivals using his new powers. When joining the Imperial Coalition, he helped bring together the fleets and mark new territory, surrounding his home world. He also helped reform the scattered fleets after the death of the Emperor and as such, believes he is owed a favour from the now Empress. His orders from the Empress to make a new criminal organisation to do the Imperial Coaliton's dirty work was exactly what he wanted, and although he now didn't have rules to follow, he knew if he out stepped his mark his days would be numbered.
