"Sir, the Imps are telling us that the NR has reinforcements coming our way." said the comm officer. "Tell them, no crap. But make it sound official. Tell the fleet to tighten up with the Imps, keep us from being surrounded." said Admiral Clemence tightly. It was sorta hard to miss two Viscount-class defenders.
At this point, some ships appeared behind the NR fleet.

Dan opened up a line with Clemence. "We're here. But where are you?" "Behind those NR ships, sir. Any chance we could get some assistance?" "On it." said Dan.
"Launch all starfighters, form up in V-formation. All SSD's, take the front. Let's take one of those Viscounts."

Seven Templar-class Heavy Starfighter Prototypes came out of hyperspace on top of the battling fleets. They dived down into the chaos and in a wedge formation, began to dodge incoming projectiles. They weren't showing identification of the Republic, Black Moon, Remnant or Coalition starfighters, and such, looked like a mercenary force or civilian. It was still unknown who exactly they were, but they were streaming forwards through the battle on a course of some kind.
With their odd shape and matt black styling, nobody knew who they belonged to, and hence, they had a relatively good time compared to others in the battle. Eventually however, their targeted appeared after swinging below the tower of a Star Destroyer. Their target was an orbiting trade station, packed with half a million people desperate to stay out of the conflict. They were told that they were safe, it was a neutral target, nobody would hit it. Not today.
The heavy starfighters all carried their torpedos ready, carrying four each they approached in range of launch. It wasn't long before they were in range, and the first salvo fired. Two seconds later, so did the next, and again, and finally again. Twenty-eight torpedos streamed with a burning white light towards the station, cracking through it's worthless shields and cracking the station into two. With that, the starfighters headed out from the battle, a good ten minutes of careful dodging before escaping back into hyperspace. The Black Guard had struck it's first blow in a new deadly war.

OOC: You didn't have to bring in all you've got. The reason the fleet was so large to begin with was because it's going to take devastating loses, probably most of it's reinforcements won't arrive in time and once the battle is truly lost, they will flee in independence. There will be no point staying around to fight a battle they cannot win. But if you truly wish to bring in extra reinforcements and leave your territory unguarded, be my guest.
------------------------------
The Republic was being dealt a shattering blow. Morale had gone high for a few minutes, but this went down far past depression once the enemy fleet ambushed the ambushers. Hope was fading fast for the Republic to defend it's capital. Furthermore, millions of civilian craft were rising up from the planet despite the emergency alerts, carrying concerned citizens to flee the planet. This was not only troublesome for the tacticians, but also because politicians were demanding special escorts due to their positions. Not only that, someone from the senate had started telling those with power to start demanding a senatorial escort, something the defender's couldn't refuse. This might not have adjusted the tide of the battle, losing a few dozen squadrons at a time, but the time and effort in coordinating the squadrons to escort worthless do-gooders was taking it's toll. With this micro-managing, less time was being devoted to the smaller pockets of the battle, and hence, the following waves of enemy star fighters was beginning to break through in large cracks. These were now spreading outwards, the gaps widening in the defence. Furthermore, without the additional resources on this side of the battlefield, not enough squadrons could fill the gaps.

"Target the enemy cruisers' engines!" Admiral Daal had watched the Republic deal staggering blows to his fleet, but then, with the aid of Zorko's ships, and his new weaponry, he had managed to crack the Republic. If he knew anything about an enemy who was disorganized, like this one was, about an enemy that was fast losing ground, like this one was, and about an enemy who had already lost everything, like this one had, then chances were that the enemy would begin to flee. Imperial Communications [ENCRYPTED]
To all friendly capital ships -- frigates. Re-target main fire capabilities to enemy primary engines. Repeat, re-target main fire capabilities to enemy primary engines. All Ion Cannon Frigates, re-target largest enemy cruisers. Repeat, all ICFs, re-target largest enemy cruisers.
The Imperial Fleet had taken enormous losses. Thousands of starfighters lay in ruins, and the carcasses of dozens of Star Destroyers floated through the air. However, upon recieving Daal's orders, which changed the ROEs, the fleet scrambled its last strength, and launched its final all out attack. Meanwhile, however, all the important transports were left alone. Hammond wasn't interested in killing the New Republic's politicians, rather, he needed them to persuade their planets to join his new Empire. Furthermore, with all incoming communications from Anaxes scrambled, thousands of the Senators would fall into the Imperial blockade, and into the Empire's hands. Many might escape, but those who did would soon find themselves falling into the blockades at Corellia and Denon. With the majority of the Hydian Way under Imperial control, and half of the Corellian Trade Route and the Corellian Trade Spine, the Senators would find themselves unable to reach their destinations. OOC: What is the point in attacking Coruscant if you're not going to capture the fleet? Hey, Dan, if you help me, you can have half of the spoils. (Maybe even a palace in Coruscant too!) Btw, if what I said in the last paragraph is not accurate, tell me. I figured that most ships can only travel large distances through the hyperspace routes.

Dan read the message that John sent, then looked up at the Viscount-cruiser that they were currently assaulting. "Maybe we can... Nope." he muttered as the ship exploded. Under the comined force of All 3 SSDs and both the 1st and 3rd Fleets, the Viscount had cracked easily. "This is Admiral Zorko to all Black Moon ships. All fleets currently with the Imps right now, assist them in taking enemy ships. Shoot out their engines and the imps can capture them later (OOC: As I forgot to give the fleets transports... ). The 1st and the 3rd and 6th, move to attack the second Viscount and board it. Any ships in the way try to take as well." The 6th was best prepared for this, as they had enough transports, plus they were specially trained for this kind of thing. "Focus fire on the engines. 6th, this is your boarding." Fire from most of the ships focused on the engines of the Viscount. Knowing what the BM was doing, the Viscount tried to escape into hyperspace, but was cut off by one of the Imperial SSDs. With a resounding boom, the engines exploded, and the shields dropped. Transports from the 6th departed and swarmed towards the hangars, while starfighters moved to escort them.

With a small blast, a durasteel door slid open, and a squadron of Imperial Shock Troopers blasted into the room.
"Keep it moving, keep it moving!" They flooded in, arching out in a semi-circle, shooting the crew inside, taking care of the guards easily. The battle was harsh, with the corridors filled with corridors, smoke and explosions wreaking havoc.
On the hull of another New Republic cruiser, a team of S. Spec. Ops. was working at an easy pace. A squadron of x-Wings flew above them, and they looked up, not very scared. "Look at them. So useless... Pass me that laser, will you, No. 1?" "Why useless, Captain?" "Oh, well, we're here, on the hull, and they are over there. Now look," he pointed at a turbolaser cannon that was right beside him, motionless. "This turbolaser here," he tapped it with the laser, "Is trying to shoot me. But it can't. We're 'within range'! And those fighters over there, they can't fire at us, cause they are going to be hitting their own ship, and inflicting heavy damage. So they can't pick us off, they can't shoot us off, they can't do anything except wait for us to get inside. Anyways, get moving, troopers! I want those bombers to find a nice, neat square ready to be blasted off soon enough. Those guys are not going to know what hit them."
And with the fighters screaming hel above them, they kept working.

A pair of CAMELOT gunships attached themselves to the outside of the Viscount cruiser using the magnetic clamps on its legs. "Walking" up the side of the ship, they moved up until they found the bulb that the bridge was in. Looking into the bridge, the bridge crew was first seen pointing at the walkers, then fleeing the bridge in terror. After everyone had left, a pair of Spec. ops troopers and a Reaper exited the gunships in spacesuits, attached to the walkers by tethers. They moved silently and quickly, and attached 4 explosives to the viewport. After they finished their task, they blew the charges, making sure they were a safe distace away. While the treansparisteel was tough, it couldn't stand up to the 4 charges planted directly to it. It shattered, blowing out the air bridge. After all the air had finished funneling out, more spec.ops troopers entered the bridge in spacesuits, and started to shut down weapons, life support and gravity. Alarms started to go off in the ship as the NR crew slowly started to suffocate and float helplessly in midair.
Further off, another CAMELOT and a pair of LAAT/is landed in the hangar of a MC90. Troops flowed out of the sides, covered by the assorted weponry of the gunships. As they exited, they started making their way towards the bridge.

"Bombers incoming!" The S. Spec Ops. moved out of range of the bombs. They watched through their helmets as a single bomber squad made a strafin run against their cruiser. The squadron dropped their bombs in specially weakened areas, and, when the blasting was finished, a gaping hole had appeared, leaving deck upon deck vulnerable to penetration. "Come on, let's get moving! We still need to get past the airlock, get past the second airlock, get past the third, then blast our way through to the hangars and open them wide open!"
And with that, 5 squadrons of Spec. Ops troopers, armed with deadly weaponry, moved into the cruiser.

After the Viscount had refilled with air, a squad of spec ops soldiers and a pair of Reapers moved to check the ship for any life. As they reached a bulk head, all of the sudden a figure turned the corner in front of them. A soldier had survived by jumping into a pilot suit and mask right before the ship had become airless. As soon as he and the Reaper came face to face, he raised his rifle to swing at the Reaper's head. The Reaper immedietly countered by quickly punching him in the stomach, and he rolled up with a grunt. The Reaper then immeadietly grabbed him and fastened a pair of stun cuffs to the man's wrists. He activated his comm.
"Reaper 203 to High Command, do you copy? Over." "High command here, Reaper 203, what's your status? Over." "I have a NR soldier here as prisoner, please advise on my next course of action, over." "Stand by... Uh, we have gunships landing in the hangars, please proceed to the nearest one and load him up until later. Over." "Reaper 203 copies, out."
He grabbed the soldier by the arm and pulled him up. "C'mon you. Let's go."

With the fleet scattering, the reinforcements from Anaxes soon found themselves cut off. Anaxes itself had been taken and Coruscant was a lost hope now, they had to flee. Being the only fleet still comprised and having some bit of morale left within it's ranks, they decided to meet up outside of Commenor, one of the last strongholds of the Republic. If it remained when they got there that was.

OOC: Sorry everyone, I'm back.
IC:
The Imperials had taken devastating losses.
The 2nd Imperial Support had been completely destroyed. The 2nd and 3rd Imperial Battlegroups had taken immense losses, and Alpha-1 lay heavily damaged. The Chiss and the Hapes' fleets were operational, but barely.
However, all fire had ceased, except for isolated battle pockets that still raged on. The battle stations had been captured, and their fire re-directed against the remaining flagships.
Daal surveyed the battle. Coruscant lay in front of him, untouched; the jewel of the galaxy was at the grasp of his hand, and now, he knew, the Empire would live again.
"Relay the following message to Black Moon."
Move captured ships to safe places. Black Moon has rights to 50% of all the ships, except Viscount class cruisers. Please relay tentative fleet partitions ASAP.

The 7th Enforcement force was mostly gone, and the 2nd and 4th were badly damaged, as they took most of the brunt of the Republic attack. Dan stood on the bridge surveying the wreckage.
"Sir, incoming from the Imps! Take half the captured NR fleet but leave the Viscount!" Dan shook his head. "No, the Viscount comes with us. What's the status on its engines?" "Uh... Some repaired, some not, hyperdrive was mostly undamaged and in working condition. Can reach 35% max speed so far. We resealed the bridge too." came the reply. "Tell them to start moving out. Move the SSDs to drag it along with their tractor beams to move it quicker, and slingshot it into hyperspace. Relay the totals to the Imps. If they argue about the Viscount, tell them to go screw themselves, and that I'll only talk to Hammond about it."
A message was quickly typed and relayed:
As per order of Grand Admiral Zorko, the Black Moon Pirates will be keeping the Viscount. Any complaints should be directed to John Hammond.

OOC: My bad, I believed I had already replied to this message. IC: Daal watched as the Black Moon pirates moved away their precious Viscount. He smirked, as he realized that it was so badly damaged it could barely be moved. The Remnant didn't need it, but it would have been a good addition to the fleet. "We will take... 3 Mediator-class Battle Cruisers 7 Nebula Star Destroyers 4 Galactic Battle Carriers 200 K-Wing Bombers 1,000 XJ-7 Starfighters 800 XJ-6 Starfighters 500 XJ-5 Starfighters Relay our expectations to them, Commander. OOC: Why don't we just add it up and split it? Besides the Viscounts of course. BTW, at the most your getting 1 mediator from us, we're keeping at least 2 out of the 3 we captured.
