"Admiral Tain, Black Moon is no longer an asset, but a threat. Eliminate all resistance, and secure Bespin. Grand Admiral Zorko may be on planet. He will be heavily guarded by his Reapers. Capture him, or take him out."
Admiral Tain nodded at the transmission, and began the invasion of Bespin.

Starfighters streaked forwards with support craft behind them, ready to assert some combined firepower into a huge mass of destruction. This opening wave would be a show of force to the Black Moon Pirates, to show them that the Imperial Navy meant business. There was however, something else happening in this battle. Admiral Tarion Kornos had arrived with his ship nearby, and was waiting for the perfect opportunity to arrive and strike a deal with Dan Zorko.
Sure enough, the fleet continued on it's path and in formation, offering added firepower from a large distance behind the opening waves of starfighters. With the Black Moon now on full alert, Tarion decided that the time was right. His Star Destroyer made a small micro-jump into the system and immediately the order for a ceasefire was initiated through Imperial channels. No doubt Admiral Tain would want to know the reasoning of the order, but Admiral Kornos was on a specific duty here, he would allow his other crew to keep the Admiral occupied while Tarion met with Dan Zorko.
The Star Destroyer launched three shuttles, heavily armoured with starfighter complements towards the planet, with shields up and weapons at the ready. Knowing that the Black Moon would understand the meaning of only sending in such a small group, they would no doubt send escorts to bring them into the flagship.

"Sir?" asked a crew member. Dan sighed. "Launch the Renegades to bring them in. All Reapers to the main hangar. Prepare to accept diplomats. The starfighters stay outside however. Keep the fleets on high alert." said Dan, and turned to enter to the turbolift.

Admiral Tarion Kornos was the first down the ramp of the shuttle and he strolled down the hangerbay towards Dan Zorko (OOC: Presuming you've arrived by the time he got into the hangerbay). "Grand Admiral Zorko, my name is Admiral Kornos. I'm here to sort out this mess. First off, I've stopped all of our forces from continuing their attacks across the galaxy. We've deployed forces at Lok already before i got chance to halt the invasion, but they haven't entered your cities or done serious harm. The fleet is trying to stop a Mandalorian fleet from trying to destroy them while we have our little talk. That slimeball Werck unfortunately is at your Embassy, i pity whoever is there because you can't trust that freak".

Dan stood with his hands clasped behind his back and a deep scowl on face. "I assume you had a pleasent flight over?" he asked.

Tarion stood and starred at the leader, who was obviously not keen on seeing him here. "I did but let's get this straight. I don't like all of this diplomacy and neither do you, I've halted all invasions and am only doing this because of our short-sighted leaders. So let's cut all of this political crap and get down to business". Admiral Tarion Kornos waited for a moment to let Zorko think, but also to say something. "Now" he began, "I've got no interest in taking this planet or any of your others. So let's agree to you not interfering with our operations and we won't interfere with yours. This will count for the Mandalorians when i speak to them, so don't worry about us trying to drive you out of a war. I know it wouldn't work anyway" he said bruntly, his eyes watching Zorko's face like an hawk for a reaction.

Dan threw his hands up on the air. "By the force, you are the first sane Imperial I've ever met! Every other Imperial in a positon of power has always threatened war on me! I didn't want to get in the way of your operations in the first place. Personally, I'm just trying to find the Empress." said Dan, hoping theyd leave soon so he could get back to that.

"Ahh yes, I heard about that" he said, before realising he was giving away how much Imperial Intelligence was actually picking up. "Anyway" he said hurriedly, "If i get any information on that I'll give it you. So far, I've heard nothing though". To further press this point, he summoned over the Lieutenant in charge of the escorting stormtroopers. "Tell the Captain to search through our databanks for anything relating to the Empress' disappearance. If there's anything, tell me through my comm link" he intructed, and the officer immediately ran away to do out Tarion's bidding. "Now then, there is one thing that my superiors wanted to sort out. The Duros Sector i believe is currently occupying your forces, correct?" he asked, moving on from the subject about the Black Guard and away from why he was here.

"Correct, we occupied the territory right after the downfall of the Republic." said Dan, wondering where this was going.

"I see, they was thinking that they should have owned that region of space too. It was a bit short-sighted of them, they asked me to try and get it back, but I will tell them that you was willing to defy all peaceful agreements to keep it. They still have it on their star maps integrated into the Corellian Sector, so i presume that was the reason. Keep that sector and forget i mentioned it" he said, glancing back to make sure the other Imperials hadn't overheard his words. "Is there anything you would like to request while I'm here?" he asked, careful to integrate Dan's own views into this and what the Black Moon would want from a peace deal.

Dan shook his head. "I can think of nothing. Now I think we should go to the bridge. You should probably talk to Mandalore before a war erupts at Taris and Lok between the Remnant and Mandolorians."

Nodding in appreciation, Kornos followed Dan to the bridge where he saw the helmet of a Mandalorian in a stunning projection. "I am Admiral Tarion Kornos, thank you for taking time to speak to us. In a measure of good faith, I am now ordering the removal of our ground forces on the planet Lok. Before we get down to the details, do you have any requests?" he asked, trying to sound diplomatic.

Delso did not speak for a long moment, taking the time to study a small piece of flimsy that was recently presented to him by a captain. "We are content with your actions thus far, yet we cannot ignore the ongoing siege of Bandomeer. We are ,however, willing to compensate you for allowing the border planet to remain under our control. Perhaps we can discuss such termsat a later time. These negotiations concern Black Moon only. You have lifted the siege of Lok. We would also ask that you do the same for all BM controlled planets. These are the wishes of Manda'lor Immort'al."

Tarion nodded, "I can guarantee those right now. We will remove all of our forces from both of your territories, but there is something we would like to put into place. Firstly, Although Bandomeer can remain under your control, we will be fortifying our surrounding territory. Secondly, we want both of your government's to sign a treaty stating that you will not interfere with relations between the Galactic Empire and the Imperial Coalition. Do you agree?". Tarion stood there calmly, it had gone to a good start, but he wasn't sure on how the requests would go down.

"Thank you Admiral...As for our other agreement, I can not ratify such an agreement at this time. I have not been given the authority to agree to those terms as of yet. All of the empire's agreements preceeding these passed through the throne of Mandalore. Should he agree to these terms, then I will ofcourse accept." This was a strange turn of events. The General confessed that he did not see this coming, however, he kept his composure and went on with the negotiations.
