"We got her" said a pleased voice. Cutting off the comm unit with a loud click, Nubai watched the screen turn off from his asteroid outpost. Turning to one of his agents, a female woman from Zaltros, he smiled. "Without being able to summon for help, they will never know that it was her who set us up. They will also never be able to reach the coordinates for this outpost because that information lies with her". With a chuckle he rose off the chair and began walking to a viewport from these darkened quarters on the asteroid base. It would only be a couple of hours longer now until the Empress finally arrived, and he could watch her being tortured until she was on the verge of death.

"Nubai?" muttered Dan. "Isn't he her..." then everything clicked. "I AM GOING TO RIP THE HEAD OFF THAT BASTARD!" he roared, and activated his comms. "All fighters! Get in there! Get her out of there!"
As he said that, he activated his thrusters to max, and dived into the fray. As he dipped and dodged through the fray, he saw Jalua eject and start to be pulled in. He pulled up alongside and activated his own tractor, unable to shoot the freighter's because Jalua was so close. He locked onto the chair and started to pull, but the small one on the fighter was to weak to battle the one on the freighter. Jalua slipped out of it's grip and disappeared into the freighter. "Sith!" he swore. "6th, ion the freighter! No turbolasers!"
The Nebulas of the 6th started to move into position.

After hearing reports of the battle from the MCAV, the 1st and 2nd fleets went onto battle stations. Although many of the main ships were huge and slow moving, there was hundreds of support ships, including gunboats, destroyers, frigates and other versatile ships. On top of that, both fleets was deploying over fifty-thousand starfighters to the area, knowing that they would be the first to reach the battle with gunboats not far behind them.
Meanwhile, Jalua felt gravity pull her down. Realising that she was within the freighter, she desperately attempted to reach behind her to unzip her suit, so that she could access her lightsaber. A large thud into her head stopped her however, and she collapsed instantly to the ground. Her body was grabbed by two grunts who took her to a sealed compartment within the freighter with surprise, surprise, a force-field.

The 6th started to move into formation with the IC fleets. Seeming how this was happening a lot lately, it was done with little confusion.

The freighter turned and began to manuever away from the battle the fastest it could, covered by Templer's who were surprisingly holding their own against the squadrons for the time being. It was only a matter of time however before one of them got hit. Retreating further and further back, the freighter unleashed it's ultimate defence against the TIE Defenders. Huge armour panels separated with small jettison burts from the hull, the ion bolts just hit the panels instead of hitting the freighter, creating a temporary barrier for the approaching Black Moon pilots. With the majority of the shots going wide or hitting the panels, the freighter continued unhindered and was on the verge of hitting hyperspace. Meanwhile, two more smaller freighters, one more like a gunboat, headed in the wake of the freighter and began to lay down covering fire while also plotting in coordinates for hyperspace. With that, the Templer starfighters which could also began to retreat and begin escape procedures. Their main defence for the time it was take to go into hyperspace was the amount of flak they had, it meant that starfighters couldn't get close, laser bolts would be weakened and missiles would simply explode early.
It took a couple more minutes for the Black Guard to esacpe, but they did so, with only three Templer Starfighters lost during the battle.

"Blah." Dan spat. "Retract. I'm going to the planet." As the rest of the fighters returned to their ships, Dan started to make his way down to the planet.
