A massive Imperial fleet appeared from hyperspace, directly in front of Mandalore II. The fleet was ready for battle, numbering hundreds of capital ships and space cruisers.

"All Imperial Groups in battle position."

"Good. When will we have specs on Mandalorian defences?"

"ETA for fleet specs is three hours. We will be within range of enemy radars, and they'll be in ours."

"Re-direct all power to the engines. Sound the alarms, all troops to battle stations."

Delso stood aboard his custom super shadow cruiser Omen. He looked out from the bridge at the Imperial fleet.hmphh...Some of these ships still bear the wounds of mandalorian guns. So shall they yet again. To attack the home planet of the galaxy's greatest warriors wasnt one of the best ways to gain favor...and on top of it all...Hammond attacks with Mandalore recovering in med bay. The nerve or it all...

Delso: "Update Admiral."

Admiral:"All fortifications are in place General. They will never make it through."

Delso: "Good. Have all fighters encircle their respective destroyers, all batteries forward at any sign of attack, and all sheilds forward."

Admiral: "It is done sir."

Caedus Sadow had just stepped off the turbolift and onto the brige.


Delso:"Master Jedi?"


Caedus:"I have 150 knights in jedi starfighters General. I will use my battle meditation to our advantage."

Delso:"Your help is greatly appreciated. Our Empire will ever be in your debt."

The General nodded to Sadow before turning back to gaze out at the approaching battle fleet.

[John Hammond]

"We're recieving reports the Sith fleet just went into hyperspace, in an unknown course, Admiral!"

"Sithspit. Contact the Mandalorians."

A comm. link opened, and Admiral Daal stood tall, and began to speak,
"General Delso. Our sith friend has escaped our trap. Our plan is off. Have a good day."

With that, the Imperial fleet began to turn to go into hyperspace yet again.

OOC: Isn't 40 million starfighters a lot? At most in this game we've had some half a million total starfighters fighting at a time. That is to say, if you counted every single starfighter, there were less than 500,000. You might want to adjust your numbers, unless we want to be flying in solid metal.
