Landra Daros, cousin of the Empress, arrived in system with an escorting frigate and starfighter squadron. Her aim was to achieve a mutual agreement or better with the Mandalorian Empire, which had secured the system from the Republic almost six months ago. It seemed like longer however, much had happened and it surprised Landra when looking at the planet and it's moon that from here, the tidal wave of war had swept out the Republic's power and provided so much disarray. It was the chaos which was ensuing that provided the Imperial Coalition with the chance of power and glory, something which it desperately needed to be recognised. With new factions, respect was necessary, and while the allied factions fought against a united enemy, this was no problem. However, the Republic had crumbled under a vicious blow, and nobody was sure if remnants of this democracy would survive for much longer, or even if they still existed. The Imperial Remnant, now being called the Galactic Empire much more, would struggle to hold onto the territory it had gained. There was a wide gap from Onderon to the core, and much of this had been taken by the Empire, which now had to defend those worlds. The Empress herself had taken the opportunity lately to take several key systems while the Empire recovered, which would make sure they were respected for the next couple of years. Key planets like Nubia, Sarapin and Commenor was hard to come by, and the majority of those surrounding the Imperial Coalition's original borders had been secured or were in the process of being. If the Imperial Coalition had the millions in it's forces that were promised, then maybe it could hold onto them, and possibly more. There was a real chance that they could spread from the Mid Rim to the Core, and with that, gaining a great foothold and influence on galactic trade.
But for now, the Mandalorian Empire needed to be contacted, they wasn't in the way of the Empress' plans, but if they had similar eyes on territory, then they would need to come to an agreement on what they could take.
The shuttle was launched from the frigate and approached the planet from a undeniably large distance, giving the clear impression that this was no patrol.

Delso was having a walk around the ancient fortress that graced the emerald moon of Dxun. Station to station he went, making sure every patrol was on schedule. Everything seemed to be on schedule, and the general would make sure that it stayed that way. He had just signed off on the petition that the mysterious dark lord of the sith had proposed. This new dark lord was to land near the ruins of Nadd's toomb at any time today. A military alliance with the sith was a risky choice at best, however, as the only truly functioning empire left in the galaxy certain measures must be taken. The rest of the galaxy was in chaos. Everyone seemed to be at peace for now, but this is not the way of the galaxy. War would come back just as it always had, and Mandalore would be ready.
"General sir...." one of Delso's staff sgt's made his way through a nearby patrol. "A ship approaches Onderon General. There is no fleet with it, but we bel"ieve it will request docking soon.
"They must not be allowed to land there commander. Send fighters to intercept the cruiser and divert their path to land on dxun."

Landra Daros watched the shuttle land down on the moon, not their original destination but she did not bother to ask why. Obviously, the Mandalorians had detected their presence and wanted them here for a reason, one she would hopefully find out later. Walking out of the shuttle alone, she shook hands with the Lieutenant there who greeted her. "I need to speak with one of your diplomats" she stated, hoping that she wouldn't be turned back.

The lieutenant greeted Daros and had four of his guards escort the both of them into one of the larger rebuilt fort/buildings. "I'm afraid you won't be seeing a diplomat my lady." the officer said gruffly. The time allotted by their small talk allowed this diplomat to see firsthand the advancement and power of the only stable empire in the galaxy.(at the present time ) Onderon's sun left a glare on Lt. Katchi's visor, still they walked on until they reached the battlements of the fortress where more guards were waiting for them. "General Delso will be seeing you personally and will have you know he considers it an honor. He awaits your presence in the main audience chamber." The commander bowed and made to return to his duties.

Landra smiled in shock at the response. "I had not expected..." Landra paused, correcting herself. "It will be a pleasure to see your great General". She headed into the chamber and saluted the General. "My name is Landra Daros, I'm cousin to the Empress of the Imperial Coalition, your new neighbors".

Delso motioned for the diplomat to have a seat. He removed his helmet and ran a gloved hand through his jet black hair.
"Welcome Lady Daros......Might I ask why you seek out the warrior clans of the Mandalorian Empire my lady? I am aware of the galaxy's current situation as i'm sure you are."
He finished sitting the helmet down onto the black marble table. He awaited her answer.

Landra smiled at the General, aware of his tactical knowledge which was far beyond hers. "Since our borders have met, the Empress would like to have peaceful relations. Both of our Empires have struggled, although we are both growing and becoming more wealthy. If it were possible to be on good relations, then we may be able to help each other strive forwards. What would be your view on this?" Daros asked carefully, she was not sure how the Mandalorians would take such a request, although she herself did see the benefit of two empires of roughly the same size helping each other to expand and maintain order.

Delso let an unproffessional smile slip onto his face, then let out a small chuckle. After a moment passed without (delso) giving an answer, he waved his hand slightly.
An apparent slave girl from Onderon who had a small scar accross her eye brought forth some refreshments and placed them not far from Daros. With a small bow.
The general smiled as she left before returning his attention to lady Daros.
"Do not think us cruel my lady. One of our scouting regiments found her almost 3 days ago...seemingly left at the mercy of the jungle. Her parents have yet to be located. But where are my manners...please drink." *pause* "And now to business. As one of the clan leaders, I am able to speak on the behalf of Mandalore himself. Now you must understand that the rate at which your empire has expanded is dangerous. Your borders have grown considerably, but at what cost? Do you think that your armed forces can keep the peace on all of these systems at once?"

Landra Daros was surprised by the question, although it did make sense. "Well the Imperial Coalition expanded how much it wanted to. I agree that although our territory will need to be strengthened first, expansion is always a possibility for our Empire. Our fleets are being rebuilt and National Conscription's added millions to our fighting force. Because of national security needing to be improved, the Armed Forces are finding themselves also in policing roles, especially around the main central planets. Once we have all the equipment we need built, including warships, we will look for possible expansion areas. What we would like to do is not exactly assist you in expanding, but make sure that we do not conflict. Our Empires have a lot of trade running through them, and the possibilities for expansion is mainly generated by such trade. If we expanded into an area you would like to take, then it would greatly injure relations. What we would like to do is assist each other in securing the territories we want, making sure that we do not conflict but also that the current and newly held regions are secure. This could mean a number of different scenarios, but by working together, even not directly, we could maintain order in this part of the galaxy".

The General thought for a moment. "Some sort of conjoined planning you say? I find that planning can be a most unstable action...." Delso stood from his seat and slowly started walking around the chamber. "We Mandalorians are a more primitive and natural race. We believe in the natural order of things. You see, when an empire is strong it expands and does so with conviction and effectiveness until there is another force strong enough to stop it. That is the natural order of things and that is the way we have come to be in turn." He stopped in a hard posture...bent over the table, his hands resting on the sides. "As for trade agreements, i am content with the way they are, minus the new basilisk metals ofcourse. One buyer and ally has purchased exclusive rights to their trade..." The General gazed out for a moment. he wanted to give her a chance to speak before he went on to expansion and diplomacy

Landra was getting nowhere fast, in fact, she was afraid she was beginning to offend the Mandalorian General. "Forgive me" she said quietly, "The Imperial Coalition is going to be securing it's existing territory before continuing it's other plans. What we would like to do however, is not isolate your Empire, we see it better to have you alongside us than cut off from expanding outwards". Landra Daros was hoping that the Mandalorian could see where this was going, but she continued after a few moments of careful thinking. "What we have done with our borders is not force you to expand in a single direction. Our borders only meet near Onderon, meaning you can expand in the direction of Kashyyyk or even Hutt Space if you were really adventurous. You also have a lot of space uncontrolled at the moment towards Kessel, although we believe that may be in possession of Hammond. If you did expand, we would not like to get in the way, that is why i am here".

Delso raised up out of his current posture, waiting a moment after she finished, then began to speak in a steady voice.
"Mandalore is well aware of your...intentions. Even while lying in his death bed, nothing seems to escape his notice. I know that you have no intent to stop our expansions simply because you have your hands full as of late. Your new territories need tending to prevent the outbreak of rebellion, rioting, and such....a confrontation with what is now the most stable empire in the galaxy the last thing an upstart power such as yours needs. As such, i accept your terms concerning expansion. However, diplomacy is another issue entirely, yet i will hear your case."
The general caught the lady's eye. She was strong, and weakness in her abilities would not easily be found. Delso returned to his own seat when a young captian came through the doors at a steady pace. He paused to solute the general, then proceeded to whisper something in Delso's ear about an arrival. His eyes widened for a moment...then he turned back to Landra.
"i do suggest that you speak quickly. It seems i have another guest milady."

Landra clocked that another person had approached the area, waiting to see the General. She didn't know either that the Mandalore was on his death bed, this meant that General Delso here as a Clan Leader had chance of becoming the next Mandalore. "Well the Imperial Coalition would like to be there to assist you either way. Your right about our internal affairs, but how will you continue to resist Imperial expansion, like we ourselves struggle. I'm not saying you shouldn't have good relations with the Remnant, we ourselves do, but surely it is in both of our interests to continue expanding so our positions do not become obsolete. If you wish, we will always be here for a joint operation in securing more territory. We believe that a friendship between both of our Empires would bring many interesting possibilities".

"We have our ways of dealing with the imperial skum as im sure you do. Mandalore had recently thought it wise to make a military alliance with you, however, we have recently developed a military alliance with another...quite powerful friend. Until 4 months ago we thought he and his followers dead..shows what we knew."
Delso grimaced at his own incompetance. He stood abruptly and slowly began walking toward the doors that would lead him out into the opening where the landing platform was. It would be unwise to keep their guest waiting.
"The Mandalorian Empire still offers a military alliance with your people, but i wonder how your esteemed empress will react to our other guest of honor. Please...won't you accompany me?"
Delso had spoken instride, only stopping at the door for the lady's annwer.

"Of course" replied Landra. She didn't really want to meet anyone else, but she figured it would be interesting either way to see who was next at the General's door, he must be a very busy man. Following the General, she reached the landing pad where she noticed a shuttle descending, she didn't recognise the class, although she wasn't an expert in that field anyway.
