Under Empress Solast, the following changes shall take place within the Imperial Coalition; - The Commonwealth Assembly shall lose all powers and be an Advisory Assembly to the Empress
- All systems and planets shall become official members of the Imperial Coalition with none of them under Commonwealth protection. All shall follow Coalition laws and begin to lose any other identity
- All forces will now belong solely to the Imperial Coalition. Forces may be based around their regional centres including recruitment areas but will be on active service
- Empress Solast will take full control of the military. She will declare a Supreme Commander, High Admiral and Lord General to supervise the individual structures
- An oath to Empress and Empire shall be required by all citizens and a further advancement on entry to the military. Existing military staff shall undergo this at the earliest possible convenience
- Empress will have trained staff at her disposal who may be able to issue orders and gain authority amongst Coalition forces depending upon their rank and purpose

Update: The Coalition's Defence Plan which was tasked with fortifying the Coalition's borders in case of war is almost complete. Minefields line the borders with small protected lanes allowing traffic to enter Coalition Space. Taxation and tracking of vessels within Coalition Space is now being trialled out for taxation and additional protection during emergencies. Sensor stations have been placed in key locations, mainly behind the minefields and shipping lanes to detect foreign intruders. They have copied an existing Republic-era plan where starfighters and other ships can dock with the station, download information and then find out in an activity report what ships were in the area. Layers of mines and orbital battle stations have been deployed on some of the most obvious targets for invaders. A similar plan was put into place along the borders, allowing some areas to have added protection where large defence guns can train onto targets. Two huge shipyards have been built for military purposes, although their locations haven't been disclosed, apparently they shall continue work on the SSD project and continue to improve the Coalition's growing naval capabilities. On orders of the Empress, the first Mobile Coordinated Attack Vessel (MCAV) as been built. The vessel is essentially the size of a space station, with hanger bays to launch small craft and act as a refuelling station if necessary. The vessel is deeply armoured and contained the latest technology to help in tactical coordination and it's awesome strike capabilities. The vessel cannot enter a planetary atmosphere but can easily enter orbit and deploy a strike force. In times of war, the Empress may assume command of a MCAV and coordinate the Coalition's operations from the safety of the warship. In a arched V-shape design, the MCAV is bulkier the most Star Destroyers. It is similar in shape to a Centurion-class Battlecruiser, with wing-tips and a much large size. Length | 4,820 Meters | Hyperdrive | Equipped | Armament | 48 Turbolaser Batteries 8 Ion Cannon Batteries 76 Laser Batteries 6 Tractor Beam Batteries Proton Torpedo Launchers
| Craft | 140 R-Wings Small attack craft (Gunboats, Destroyers, etc) Various Shuttles Over 6,000 Troops with support craft | Consumables | 12 Years |
The MCAV will usually come with a fleet escort unless it goes into hiding. It can be the tactical headquarters for the largest of operations or a mobile deployment platform, or even a refuelling station. At the moment Citizen Conscription is on standby, the plan would be to re-introduce those who have previously served and those who haven't yet been introduced into the military within the conscription age limits. Already basic training is being supplied and weapons are being entrusted to those who can use them. Guidelines for defeating and withstanding invasion have been issued to homes, although exact plan details will be determined upon news of such an event. The Military in general have stepped up patrols and various types of activity throughout Coalition Space, the Galactic Alert Level is soaring once again the war is becoming a growing possibility. Although attempting to remain out of a conflict, the Imperial Coalition will issue a ceasefire order once war is declared by any party. The Coalition aims to keep the peace and will therefore gladly act as peacekeepers or diplomats for both sides, helping to resolve the crisis. If the ceasefire is broken, then it shall be enforceable from that point on.

OOC: For how long have these stations been on the building? (Is there a written record of them somewhere?) Same question for the MVAC. Otherwise I've been capturing shipyard planets and posting my building lists (as well as actually building) for my fleets... It's fine if you don't have any for these, just, you know, tell me if it's in vain or if I should continue.

OOC: I've posted before that it had begun and i did post about some of the minefields being laid along the border. I think the first mention of it was either once she got back from Tython or once she was in the operation room in the Royal Palace. The MCAV was something which i didn't post before though, i will admit that, although only one is built so far and will remain that way for a bit. So yea, don't worry too much about that. Anyway yea, basically a lot of the stations are built to detect fleets and to keep ships along trade lanes. Around the planets it will be like Salanda and Gyndine which will get the orbital battle stations, but I'm sure you won't have much of a problem if they aren't defended, plus they will really only come into action once your close to orbit anyway.

OOC: So is the MCAV like a small SSD? And the battlecruiser link is broken.

OOC: Basically, but a multi-purpose command ship too. Anyway, fixed the link, i added speech marks which can be used for the HTML variant, silly me
