Apartment Complex 134-C - Entertainment District

[Sal Kildor]

In a cheap, one bedroomed apartment in the center of the Entertainment District, Sal rented her apartment. She had used this for a base while on Coruscant, and would now use it to gather her things together. On the way back from the Jedi Temple, she had received word that she would find instructions of her target's whereabouts at the apartment and sure enough, it was there under the door. She locked the door carefully behind her, making little noise as she scoured through the couple of extra rooms to see if anyone was waiting for her. Nothing.

Picking up the note, Sal read the instructions. It noted that the target was usually leaving the Senate Offices at around 19:00 Coruscant Time and catches a taxi which carried him usually to his flat. There, he did something within and came out about fifteen minutes later and walked down to a shop a couple of blocks away. Apparently, he would be carrying a briefcase which contained some important documents. Slipping the note into her robe pocket, she then began to get herself refreshed before heading out to observe her target's movements for herself.

He dwelled in the shadows of the hallways outside her door. He knew so much of her and she so little of him. Surely she saw past the babbling of the jedi. He lie in the darkness as a diseased snake. Waiting.....

[Caedus Sadow]

Caedus walked out of the senate building and once again into the river of bodies that continually approached. He imersed himself in them allowing the masses to consume him fully, but something was elswhere...elusive...dark even.

Caedus:"I must proceed cautiously."He muttered to himself. He could not pinpoint what it was or where it was coming from. He began to search for its origin, hand near hilt.

After packing a sniper rifle into it's case and all of the things she would need, including supplies and cover incase she had to wait for hours, maybe days, she cautiously opened the door and looked to either side. Not seeing anyone, she gathered her gear and walked out of the apartment and into the corridor, locking the door behind her.

[Lord Kavar]

The Sith Lord let the shadows that surrounded him dissapear. He was directly in front of her hooded and cloaked. His prescence was eerie, dark, and cold and he wreaked of dark side energy as his power pulsed throughout the room."Your prescence does not go unnoticed...nor should your anger be wasted. Bow before the Dark Lord of the Sith."

[Caedus Sadow]

The mask over the dark prescence was unveiled for a sharp moment. Caedus marked the prescence in the force and began to make his way toward it. Caedus hadn't felt such raw power since...
He made his way into an entertainment complex and masked his prescence in the force.

[Sal Kildor]

Sal brought out her longest vibroblade, one which had a curved edge. Her handle was light and flexible, allowing her to fight quickly and with a deadly edge. "I don't care who you are" She said, with a slightly quizzical look. With her things dropping on the floor, attention was raised around the complex, giving away their position. "Go find someone else" she continued.

[Lord Kavar]

"Good. Your anger wells up within you like the crashing waves of kamino. But perhaps a lesson in pain and respect is needed." He smiled darkly, though it went unnoticed as he could not be seen for his hood. Slowly the sith raised his hands and lightning errupted from his fingertips engulfing the entire hallway in its storm.

[Sal Kildor]

With lightning striking her with a furious anger, her body became crippled and fell to the floor. Her pain was unbearable and she could not do anything except whither under the torment. If only someone could come to rescue her...

[Caedus Sadow]

Caedus traced the power. It felt like a volcano of power flowing over him. he must move quickly. He sprinted over to the building it seemed to be originating from and broke down the door. Caedus found himself standing in a stair well . He looked up into the rafters to find lightning coming out of one of the corridors. The jedi knight called on the force, now revealing his prescence and jumped upward, landing on the floor to find Sal groveling at the mercy of.....his eyes widened...how could it be? He quickly pulled his lightsaber and ignited it, adding a faint blue glow to the corridor.

[Lord Kavar]

He smiled darkly as he looked down at the slumping girl. So defensless so naive. Did she not know what he was doing, what he was actually showing her. "You will be nothing short of a mangled corpse before long. Surely you will reconsider my offer and join me. All of this power could be yours.." The Dark Lord trailed off for a moment. The was another prescence pulsing through the force almost suddenly. The lightning stopped pouring from his fingertips and as he did a blue blade illuminated the room. Kavar smiled darkly. "You were a fool to come here jedi."

[Sal Kildor]

While attention was diverted from her, Sal grabbed her blaster from across the floor and shot three times at the Sith Lord, seeing the bolts hit uselessly. She grabbed a blade from her leg and rose up, attempting to attack the sith lord with this small curved dagger.

[Lord Kavar]

He only raised one hand as the blaster bolts flew in his direction and begain catching them through the force. They quickly dissovled into nothing. The girl was a fool. Why did she try to attack a Sith Lord? Did she actually think that she could win even with the help of a jedi knight? This time Kavar left the one hand in the air and reached out for the dark side allowing it to pulse through his body and felt his fingers close around her neck through the force.

Being lifted off the ground and been held in mid-air, Sal desperately grabbed her neck to try and fight off the suffocation. Her constant struggling was fruitless, she could not fight off that invisible grip which was sure to crush her soon lifeless body. Lacking from oxygen, her face began to go purple with pain and her body began to slow down it's constant kicking. Her mind was working overtime, trying to find a way of being freed, and this triggered something. Millions of chemicals and thoughts flowed through the brain, reacting in different ways until suddenly, a series of cells began to erupt in a violent flame of heat. With a flood of energy, her neck muscles increased in size and pushed against the grip of the dark side. With oxygen now flowing through her body, it collapsed onto the floor. She could still feel an incredible battle ongoing with her mind fighting against the grip still. This struggle and desperation of her mind, had finally given her the first access to the force which surrounded her. And this was now shoving powerful pulses of the force beyond her control at the Dark Lord. She could not control these attacks, she had not developed control over the force and her mind was now fighting a battle which it was experiencing for the first time. Although weakened by the lack of knowledge, it's potential showed through in the power of the force being unleashed.

He held his grip tighter and tighter as he waited every precious second for her to break through. And then it did. She pulsed through the force. Absolute raw power shoved right toward him. Kavar could only smile when using one forearm to cover his face from the debris. The pulse was strong but uncontrolled. He felt his feet move an inch backward before recovering."Good...good..you use your emotions well, but you are untrained and i find your petty attemps to fend for your life irritating. Allow me to show you and this jedi proper instruction." He exerted a real force push and brought everything surrounding them toward the two.
