Sal walked into the cantina, it's lights and sounds flashing before her eyes. Looking around as she walked, she found a glance of eyes upon her. Dressed in these robes however, she did not gain much attention. The lights flickered upon her face, shining a soft blue, green and orange. Walking towards the bar, she softly raised her robe slightly to go over the seat she then lowered herself upon. Raising her hand at the bar droid, he or she, whichever it was meant to be, turned it's head and looked at her without a change in face. "What may i get you?" sounded the mechanical voice. "A tuscan delight" Sal said quietly, she was happy here. The atmosphere surrounded her soul and shouted in delight at the happiness of the people within this structure. Within a few moments, a orange coloured liquid appeared in an equally outrageous glass which seemed to be the standard here.
Gently lifting the glass to her mouth, she let the smooth liquid glide between her lips. With a slight lick, she savoured the taste and lowered the glass back onto the marble surface of the bar. This was certainly above standard than most cantina's she had often stumbled upon, and the quality of the drink was fresh. Her contact was due to meet her here, apparently there was a bounty to collect and although she usually went straight for assassinations only, it may give her future rewards. The contract had been supplied by the 'Eldari Industrial Corperation', which sounded rather dodgy. But right now, she could not see anyone out of place in the cantina and she had received word that her comm. link would signal when the contact was in the establishment. She wondered about the contract that she had accepted and now regretted. The reward was quite miserable and it had little details, giving her no clue on what to expect. She also was beginning to believe that this Eldari Corp was just a front for another business or person.

Caedus made his way down the outside steps of the jedi temple on Coruscant. He raised his hood though did not know why he bothered. The jedi had gained acceptance by most in the galaxy once again after centuries of war and corruption. The galaxy finally seemed to be taking in a breath of peace. The wind blew gently against the side of his robes as he walked, approaching the crowd of pedestrians on the ground streets of the planet. He chance a glance upward toward the sun, but between the towering transparisteel buildings and the air traffic lanes above, he could hardly see it nor feel its pleasant warmth. he sight but quickly dispensed with the subject, and turned his mind to more pressing matters.
As he walked through the crowded streets, he pulled out his datapad and searched for his last entry. In it was the descriptions of a small time underground crime lord who apparently had made his share of unfair deals and had a sizable bounty on his head.Apparently a local club was one of his usual spots.Despite the bounty on his head, he seemed to put pleasure first as he had been seen there many times since. Caedus chanced a glance around him making sure that he wasn't drawing much attention to himself then continued searching under his file and found the name Sal Kildor. A likely assasin employed by Eldari Corp.....More likely a loyal client of theirs..he thought. He quickly placed the datapad back into his robes and quietly entered the club taking a seat at a corner table, taking in the place. He quickly began to study his surroundings and centered himself in the force.

Sal had always gained a knack for knowing when she was being watched, she didn't know where it had come from, but it had saved her from danger many times before. From experience, she knew that turning around and looking over her shoulder would cause others to look at her, so she didn't know who was originally looking. A knack she had become a useful technique and she had used it for months now. Sal gently nudged her glass to her side, she looked in it's reflection at the people in the cantina when it moved. At first swipe, she didn't spot anybody out of place, but then when lifting the glass to bring it to her mouth, she noticed a hood which turned slightly towards her direction. Although not absolute proof, she was certain that whoever was below that hood, had at least glanced at her.
Sal left her drink instead of drowning it, she didn't want to get a bit disorientated if there was an encounter, something which many bounty hunters had forgotten. Raising herself slowly, she stepped onto the stool legs and then down, heading towards the toilets. She made the appearance of having a couple too many, not outrageously drunk, but maybe a little bit tipsy. It was something she would use to her advantage if someone was in fact watching her.

Caedus whispered into a data recorder hidden in his robes, passing himself off as some drunk talking to himself about who knows what. ".....place appears normal, no signs of the target nor his hunter as of yet......had consider investigating but for now, until things unfold...perhaps it's better to observe, and let them unfold." as he finished he turned to take his drink from a bewildered looking waitress who obviously thought Caedus crazy. he gazed out into the smokey atmosphere still taking it in and relying on the force to tell him when something of interest was going wrong. Something as small as a spilled drink could make the difference. He had just taken a sip of his icy drink when a rodian at the pazaak table started howling and knocked over his stool, cursing at the dealer claiming that he had been cheated in his last hand. Sadow knew that everyone in the room would have been watching the rodian and dealer go at it, so he took the opportunity to look for those who....didn't. and just as the thought entered his mind he caught the eye of a woman he had spotted earlier sitting with her back facing him, she was watching him through the reflection in her glass. "This must be the hunter....clever girl..." he whispered into the recorder turning his gaze away from her, but it was too late. She slowly stood drunk or acting thus and made her way toward the refresher, obviously thinking him a threat to her. He was suppose to bring the crime boss in for questioning as the council instructed, but not to deny her from her bounty. perhaps they could work together. He waved his hand silently, sealing the door to the refreshers. ....then waited.

Sal was just about to walk through the door when it closed before her. She was about to look around for signs of security or anyone else who would have the controls then it hit her. She wasn't just been watched, it had to be someone in power. This was something she hated, her identity she kept a secret but when this happened, it meant that she had slipped up somewhere before. Turning slowly, she glanced at the hooded figure but instead could only see an angry rodian in front. Cursing gently, she walked out towards the exit of the Cantina, doubting that whoever wanted her wouldn't be foolish enough to lock the doors, hence causing a panic amongst the cantina's guests. Looked like she wouldn't be able to get this contract completed after all, and what a waste of cash after having to spend a few thousand credits to get to Coruscant under the shadow of corrupt customs.

He wrapped his cloak tighter around himself as the assasin approached the door to the refresher. The attention of everyone still remained on the rodian who was now upturning tables as the bouncers of the club began to advance on him with their electrorods. Caedus sat silently as they advanced and the rodian began to make his way toward the door as the assasin turned around in bewilderment, obviously perplexed why the doors closed on her. She knew that he wanted to talk. She was stubborn that one. she began to make her way toward the door for an obvious confrontation with the bouncers and the rodian near the exit. If i block this exit they will know something is up he thought to himself. He had to try something else, but he was running out of time. As she neared the exit Caedus made a small hand gesture toward one of the nearby bouncers and whispered to him through the force. She cannot be allowed to leave....she has unfinished business here.. He then subtlely returned to his drink, angling the refection to line up with where the assasin would be walking. Then she approached the guard, who turned to face her arms crossed....
Guard:"You cannot yet be allowed to leave. you have unfinished business here."

Sal got herself ready to fight when the bouncer appeared, although not her usual style, her childhood had been focused on fighting in this way. But when his words dripped into her ears, she was confused. She nodded, thoughtfully but on a different mind-path. She glanced quickly at the one who had been watching her and decided that enough was enough. "Actually your right" she acknowledged to the bouncer and headed towards Caedus in the corner. Standing in front of him, she looked up and down at the size she expected him to be. "What is it you want?".

Caedus looked up from his glass at the young assasin with a warm smile. He put his glass down on the table in front of him, chancing a look around to make sure that all attention was still on the now struggling rodian who was in the hands of one of the bouncers. The manager of the place had sent for the security force who would be arriving in moments. He made a small gesture with his hand for her to take the seat opposite of him all the while being mindful of his surroundings, including the assasin, noting where her weapons were. they were particularly hard to note since the assasin was wearing all black.
Caedus:"Only a moment of your time...."
He spoke calmly and as friendly as possible, noting her urgency and obvious annoyance at his very prescence.

"Well this better be good" Sal murmured quietly, but loud enough for Caedus to hear. She took the seat offered to her and crossed her legs casually, a technique which she used to discover weapons under the table she was sitting from. It usually knocked it at a different angle and made the triggers of blasters activate, firing randomly and giving her a chance to then react. This time however, she didn't feel anything. "Spit it out" was her next words, sounding her annoyance at being cornered at every opportunity.

Despite her irritation, Caedus worked to keep a serene look on his face. His smile fading now slightly as the security force took the wild rodian away for detaining. Caedus worked fro eye contact with her. He always felt much better about who he was dealing with if he could fix them in his gaze.
Caedus:"The Jedi have....interest.... in your latest contract assasin."
He paused for a moment in attemp to read her emotion. He would choose his next words based on how she reacted to his statements.

Jedi? Well that explained it. The door locking and the bouncer appearing out of nowhere. Sal did let out a brief shocked expression, but her face was serious once again when her thoughts ended up on the point this Jedi wanted to make. "What if they have? You should pay me off if your so concerned. I want double what they will pay me" Sal explained with a cunning plan. Although she might lose out on a few perks, double the original contract's reward would give her what she would be owed, replace the credits for getting into Coruscant and also give her some spending money on a ship of her own.

Caedus was taken aback when she spoke of being paid off and paid double for writing off a contract. She was clearly new to bounty hunting which wasn't hard to believe judging by her relitavely younf features and apparant ambitious attitude toward life in general. This would not do at all.
Caedus:"you misunderstand assasin. We do not wish to stop you from fulfilling your contract, we only wish to question him about information that we may find invaluable."
He finished in a very businesslike manner. This was all bountyhunters ever concerned themselves with anyway...good business. If this must be done in the form of a business deal then so be it.

Sal chuckled quietly, she had expected too much from a Jedi. "So you wish to waste my time and get nothing in return? Well thanks, but no thanks". Sal stood up at that, attempting to make the Jedi attempt to give her a good deal.

He watched her stand and slowly shook his head. This one was green indeed. Instead of cooperating with the Jedi Order and ending up with profit, she was going to be stubborn and leave 1000 credits in deficit. She was bold, he would give her that, but boldness led to ambition and compassion; dark omens all of them. This was strange however because Caedus could not since the taint in her as he could so many other in this place, no dark intentions seemed to flood her emotions so he tried again.
Caedus:"Perhaps we can work something out, though it may not be compensation for your time." He spoke quietly, only for her ears.
As he waited for her answer, one of the bouncers came back through the door, he could feel the cold night air blow gently against his face. He welcomed it, and sat waiting.

Sal stopped and looked back at the Jedi, letting out a soft laugh. "You really believe i will waste my time with the Jedi? I've spent enough of my money getting to this damn planet, and i will be making it back. Good day, Master Jedi". With her defiance giving her a mental smirk, she turned again and headed out towards the exit. This time however, she wouldn't be letting nobody stop her.
