Name: John Hammond
Age: Unknown (Looks to be a man in his forties)
Gender: Male
Species:Human
Appearance: John Hammond is neither tall nor short. He has a wiry body that points strongly towards constant military training. He has brown hair, which he likes to keep short cropped. His eyes are a dark brown. His face can be pleasant, but it has a certain iron quality to it.
Faction: Imperial Remnant
Profession: Imperial High General
Personality: John Hammond is a quiet man. He is cutting and severe, but when he needs to he can be diplomatic, even charming He is not one for small talk. Due to his long time in military service, he is used to both giving and taking orders, and, although he will not openly criticize a superior's commands, he will privately do so with his subjects.
Attributes and Flaws:
Hammond is a strategic genius. He has had great experience in the battlefield, both leading and fighting, and can thus create complex strategies that are nonetheless not too complicated for normal infantrymen.
On the other hand, Hammond has no brains for politics. He is liable to insult any governor or political officer who thinks he can meddle in military affairs, and can thus cause problems for himself and his campaign.
He is a fairly decent hand to hand fighter, and an excellent shot. On the other hand, although he can pilot a ship, he is known to crash with certain, conspicuous frequency.
Character History:
John Hammond was born in Corellia, but nobody knows how long ago.
His first notable appearance was during the mythical Clone Wars. When he joined up for the military, he quickly ascended through the ranks, and he was known for his surprising versatility in combat. Soon, Palpatine assigned him to Spec. Ops., and other secret military operations.
When the Repbulic became the Empire, John decided to stay in the army. He continued to scale the ranks, but the Emperor sent him on black bag operations, such that not even Vader knew of his existence.
After the fall of the Empire, Thrawn met with John Hammond, and Hammond reluctantly agreed to be cryogenically frozen, as a "Security Measure" for the Remnant, to be awoken only in times of great need. Thus, Hammond and his elite crew were frozen in their Star Destroyer (now millenia years old, completely harmless to the newer military craft).
He has been awoken again, after a glitch in the aging computer system. He now heads to meet the new Remnant Commander, to pledge his allegiance.
