The Chariots reached the Imperial Squadron and was pummelling fire out as they approached the Imperial Star Destroyers. Using the Denial of Access tactic, the smaller Chariots surrounded the Star Destroyers and constantly dished out damage at point blank range. Although the Chariot's were smaller, they could handle these Star Destroyer's in small groups, their combined might giving them the flexibility and total firepower to bring down the shields and stop the Imperial's from escaping. The R-Wing Mk. II's which was now being distributed as the new standard issue amongst Coalition fleets was flying around the Star Destroyers also, improving the tactic immensely. Meanwhile, the R-Wings now used their three torpedos instead of one to launch barrages at each pass at the weakest points of the shields, breaching through and striking the hull with precision.
At the capital 'Temba Port', the R-Wings was also making their presence felt. Flying overhead in groups of three's, they performed aerial strikes with their torpedo's at buildings used by Imperial Stormtroopers and fired their lasers to create devestating explosions in the streets. Meanwhile the Paras were successfully advancing throughout the Capital, building by building and giving themselves the advantage. Lot's of buildings in the capital had roughly three or less levels, so gaining access to the rooftops was key to moving swiftly. The Paras would blow a hole in the roof of the target structure and jump in, taking the Imperial's from above. This avoided the losses usually generated by street-to-street fighting and could be used to cover ground which would otherwise be heavily defended. This was shown when the occasional fourth or fifth level structures appeared, the Paras would simply place the charges on the wall and walk into the building after the explosion from the rooftop, giving the Stormtroopers nowhere to hide.
