Dan stood for a momment, then nodded slowly. "Until we meet again, Empress." He put his helmet on, and turned to leave. As he passed the two guards at the door, he motioned for one to follow him. "Come with me. The Empress wants you to retrieve something from my shuttle and bring it back, as I will be leaving." The trooper nodded. "Yes sir." he said, and fell in behind him. Dan started relaying orders up to his fleet up above.
Dan and the trooper approached the waiting CAMELOT gunship, just as the last Senteniel transport was lifting off to evacuate the planet. "Ok, it's in here. Come on in, it's a bit heavy to hand out." said Dan as he climbed inside. The trooper followed him in, where they were met by 4 Reapers. With a nod, Dan stepped back. 2 of the Reapers moved behind the trooper, grabbed his arms, twisted them behind the man, and forced him to his knees. One of the other two troopers grabbed his helmet, pulling it off, while the last punched him in the face knocking him out. "Jeez." said Dan. "Couldn't you have just stunned him?" "Sorry sir, I got a bit caught up in it." said the Reaper as he helped strip the mans armor.
Dan took the claimed armor, and took off his own. "Well be sure to apologize when he wakes up. Keep him in the brig for now, we'll give him back when this is all over." "Yes sir." said the trooper as he stun cuffed the man. Dan shook his head and continued to put on the armor.
After a few minutes, Dan stood in the mans armor. He grabbed the mans rifle and put on the helmet. "Admiral Clemence has his orders. Good luck." The Reapers saluted him, which he returned, and then left the gunship. The gunship then took off back to the fleet, where the medical frigates had just finished forming up with them. The fleet then turned and escaped into hyperspace.
Dan jogged back inside, and took up the spot where the trooper had stood before. "Where's the package for the Empress?" asked the other guard. "Turns out the pirate didn't have it after all." said Dan.

Jalua walked out of the complex in her full body armour, not the state gift, but a newer model based on the CHEVLON but for better manuverbility. It actually looked surprisingly different with little changes. The suit had a pentagon at the front which had lines around it and spreading to the various seperating panels on the suit. It also had circle pieces of armour and the knees and elbows rather than streching material. The helmet was completely different, with a long visor which curved like an '8' on it's side. It was also jet black, rather than grey. Blue lights emitted from the armour which was powered for it's special features.
She breathed in deeply and motioned for the two soldiers to follow her. But then she suddenly stopped, turned to Dan and looked at him. "Your shirt is on backwards" she said and returned to her walking pace, oblivious to who it was under that helmet.

Dn glanced down, and noticed she was right. With a groan, he turned it around. This was going to be tougher then he hoped.

OOC: Hahaha, i couldn't resist
Jalua continued to walk through the corridors and after a while paused. She turned to Dan once again, who still hadn't fixed his shirt despite his effort at covering up the fault. "Look at yourself, your looking like a right muppet. Go and find somewhere you can change it, actually, in there" she pointed, through a door being held open. He wouldn't realise that the door was being held open because the girls wrestling team who had no doubt been doing outdoor field activities. She kept her amusement hidden but she did note that the other soldier looked a bit questioning at first and then realised the trap she was putting in place. Jalua waited to see his response, and hopefully the team woul dbe here any moment.

Meanwhile, the Jedi Council entered the room and took it's respective positions at the table. They wasn't sure what John wanted, all they knew is that he had taken the Temple and had come here following them. The Coalition had found them and taken them to this base, where they were placed in front of the person just a few hours ago they had been esacping from. They waited for him to speak, not sure of his intentions or his motives.

OOC: Sorry bout the delay, had to clear up some confusion...
Dan walked into the room and froze. Staring back was a crowd of females in wrestling gear. Akwardly, he waved, went into a corner, and turned around so no one could see his face. He quickly pulled off the helmet, turned the shirt around, and put the helmet back on. He walked out, and fell back into place behind Jalua. "Amusing ma'am." he said, keeping his voice monotone.

Hammond pointedly stood up as the 12 Jedi Masters came into the room. His face was pointedly neutral, neither friendly nor aggressive. He observed each of their movement, noticing with a soldier's eyes that they were ready to fight, and that they had already noticed the six Guardians behind him, their deadly rifles. They weren't completely at ease; although they were calm, they were also worried about what news he might bring. Knowing that he knew something that they didn't, Hammond relaxed.
"Masters. Forgive me for disturbing you at this... unusual hour." Hammond smiled and bowed deeply. Smiling frankly, he said, "I trust that all that I say here will remain confidential until we agree otherwise. Furthermore, I will ask you that you kindly refrain from sensing my emotions, my thoughts or influencing me or attempting to do so in any way. I know you won't do this, but a man like me needs to be extremely careful , especially in times like this. Now, as soon as the Empress is here, we will begin."

The Jedi Council nodded in silence, they were planning on listening and then deciding on what actions were necessary. "The Empress is not coming" one said to Hammond, watching him closely.

Hammond raised an eyebrow. "With the imminent destruction of her precious Coalition? Well, I guess it is in both of our interests that she doesn't show up here." He sat down, facing arguably what were the twelve most deadly warriors, and wisest people, in the galaxy. "I have come to make a proposal. As you must know by now, I control all of the main trade routes, and just over 2/3 of all the smaller trade routes in the galaxy. My ships are patrolling everywhere, and the Republic has fallen. The Galactic Empire has risen again. But what, now, will become of the Jedi?" Hammond made a gesture with his hand, and continued, "During the ages, the Jedi Order has appeared and disappeared constantly. Always they are hunted almost to extinction, but inevitably they return, much like the Sith. I don't want more bloodshed than is necessary. I will continue to hunt the Republican warlords and conquer the rest of the galaxy, but I will do so with as little bloodshed as possible. No planet will be raped by my forces, and no species discriminated against. Already all of our slaves are being replaced, given better, healthier and well paid jobs. Our policies are changing in order to accomodate a peaceful Empire. If I need to exterminate the Jedi Order in order to do this, I will kill every single one of you." Hammond paused, waiting for the Jedi to take all of this in. "If, on the other hand, you join me, I will protect the Order, and allow them to make constructive criticisms on the way the Empire is run, functioning as they always have, as Keepers of the peace. I wouldn't expect you to protect all of my politicians, however. What I want is for you to root out corruption within my Empire, to protect the order wherever that order is fair and just, and to neutralize those who obstruct this. If this is a high-ranking Imperial official, then so be it. The Order will act, with my knowledge of course, independently and decisively to ensure that newly conquered planets are treated fairly, but also that the population doesn't attempt to rebel against a leader who is giving them all the rights he can given the situation.
In summary, what I am asking you, Masters, is that your Order remain exactly as it is, that it remain friendly towards me and that it conducts the missions it always has, independent, however, "Hammond paused and stressed the word again, "Independent, completely independent of any other faction, so that no secret dealings go on with leaders who may have.... opinions different than mine. I will not mess with the Jedi if they continue their role as Knights, and by doing this you will prevent much bloodshed.
What say you?"

The council remained motionless. They hadn't known what to expect, but this wasn't exactly a surprise. There was a general consensus however that most of these Masters shared, and only two voiced their overall decision. "The Jedi Order will remain neutral. We shall do you no harm and neither would we expect you to do us harm", one said from the corner chair. Another, next to the Grand Master, also spoke after nodding wisely. "The Jedi Order wants to keep the peace, we haven't had an influence in galactic politics for quite some time. We won't be supporting any group, we will just attempt to keep what order there is left. If there is a new rebellion, then so be it, but the Jedi Order shall not take sides. It shouldn't have been our duty before, and it won't be now". Although this was a recent view, it was one that the Jedi Order had put into action. By defending the Republic, they had allowed the Sith to weak them from within. Senators also became corrupt and the Jedi Order was forced to work with these people, not something many of those in the order believed in. With the Jedi Order now growing at a superb rate once again, many felt that they shouldn't get involved in wars, just keep the peace the best they could. They were trained diplomats who had an unbiased opinion and could help do what was needed to bring back peace and order.

"In that case, Master, I must ask you to refuse the military posts that Empress Solast is offering you. The Jedi will be protected within my Empire, and obviously within this one too. There will be no need for armed forces. Do we agree on this?"

The council looked at each other for a few seconds, as if mentally talking. "It was never our intention to have such a place. If the Coalition decides to give us honorary titles that is up to them. We did not ask for them and will only use them in Coalition space to restore peace and order" the Grand Master said straight to John across the table. "That means that we won't be getting involved in their wars" another member pipped in.

"I'm sorry, Masters. If you agree to take such a position, then it means that while you are on Imperial Air Space, you still command armed forces. If there should ever be a Jedi who turns, and decides to wreak havoc to the galaxy, this Jedi will have a variety of forces depending on his or her position. In turn, also, allowing you to have access to such as a large force is an intimidating bias towards the Coalition. If the Imperial Coalition wishes to accompany Jedi with military, then so be it, but the Jedi mustn't command any forces. I wish to avoid a potential war, Masters. I've seen a lot of Jedi go wrong, and I'm not going to have to hunt one of them down just because I wasn't careful enough."

"Like we said", the Grand Master repeated. "We never asked for those ranks. To be removed from those, you will have to speak to the Empress. As such, we haven't agreed any terms with the Imperial Coalition. Jalua is one of our less popular Knights, she considers herself a Jedi but her actions do not make her one. I suggest that you speak to her about my Knights holding ranks".
