Dan grinned. "Its fine." he said. When he realized he was going to be going to war, the first thing that he did was have his elite Reapers put him through one of their training courses when they were still situated on Taris. Even though he didn't look like it, he was trained and certified in everything from the pistol on his hip to the massive MORDRED launchers the Reapers carried, and could pilot TIE-Defenders to Star Destroyers. Stamina had been a major focus of the course, and eventually Dan could run as many miles as the trainers could throw at him. The Reaper course was grueling, but it showed why they were the BMs Elite forces.

Jalua nodded and smiled. She's briefly underestimated Dan's fighting ability, but she should have known better. He had managed to keep in line an entire army of pirates, something which was a great achievement. Other paratroopers, with their red berets, joined the elites alongside her and eventually some infantry squads joined in the escort. It wasn't a huge compliment, but it would take her to the nearest entrance to the Star Fort, and it did so within the next couple of minutes. What appeared to be a normal skyscraper, although slightly damaged, had a small curving path going in a semi-circle around the back. Heading down there, the blast doors opened and they entered the Star Fort from one of it's thousands of entrances. Making her way into the base, she eventually got taken onto a walking road and the soldiers left them. She turned to Dan who hadn't seen the Star Fort before. "The final work is being completed, but it covers much of the planet, mostly underground. In urban areas like what you've just seen, it goes beneath the streets and buildings, sometimes within them. You may have noticed the lump in the building above the entrance, that was one of the nests. They are part of the Star Fort's defences and are attached to anywhere possible, providing missile and turret protection. We needed a safe haven after establishing our rule in these systems, and this was the perfect place. Just like you saved my father and his fleet from ruin, your welcome to seek reffuge here at any time, that goes with all of those under your command". Jalua paused for a moment, and then remembered what she had been meaning to tell Dan for a while now. "Since you lost a ship and the people on board, I've ordered a little compensation". She lifted her palm which contained an Holopad. This came alive with a blue flash and three ships being rotated. "A Galactic-class Battle Carrier and two Nebula-class Star Destroyer. I know this can't replace your losses, but hopefully it should give you a bit more flexibility, they are fresh out of the shipyards and will be ready for your forces in four days time" Jalua said to Dan, checking to see his reaction, she hoped he wouldn't be savage about the situation.

Dan was stunned. At most he had expected an apology, maybe a sppeech or two, but never this. He looked at the 3 ships rotating in Jaluas palm. "Wow... Uh, I didn't expect this..." he said as he looked into her eyes. "Thank you, I accept. But I hope you don't blame yourself for what happened? From what my Admiral told me, you did everything possible to provide security for my frigates, far more then I would have thought. The incident involving those starfighters and whatever else those forces were up to were just a breach, and probably would have happened anyways. Thanks to you, you probably saved more medical frigates from damage, which is all I can ask from you. But thank you anyways." he said with a smile. OOC: Thank you for explaining a holopad to me, btw.

OOC: Hehe, No probs. It wasn't exactly what i was looking for, couldn't find the proper article on the projector Commander Cody used in Episode III but nvm, same effect.
Jalua smiled in relief. "Well like i said, you are trusted allies, we are here because of your trust in us and your aid in our time of need. Those are a small price to pay, but you'll always be welcomed here in my territory, i shall make sure of that". Jalua smiled back at Dan, now feeling much happier, although still tired. They eventually reached an area which had been reserved for her, and at first the guards went to block Dan Zorko. "His here under my authority" was all Jalua had to say, and the soldiers backed off to their posts and allowed him to continue. "Sorry about that", she said, turning to Dan, "It will go in the new log in a couple of weeks to all of the military, you'll be protected no matter where you are in Coalition Territory, and shouldn't have too much problems accessing places like this either". She then reached a large circular room, with a waterfall coming from the ceiling. They were deep underground now, and the water was rushing into a pool, which then allowed the water to sink again. There was a officer in ceremonial uniform who greeted the Empress. "Alright," Jalua greeted informally, she wasn't really made to be a royal. "My mate here will be allowed access to my complex in the future, if there's any problems then let me know". The guard just nodded and smiled in a friendly and causal manner as such, then turned to Dan. "I'll send some servants to get your room made to your requirements in a short while". Jalua indicated with a nod of her head that she would lead Dan to his residence. "My complex here is pretty open, you'll have your own private area of course but it will all be open planned so i won't be far away. I'm going to get some rest". With a yawn, she showed the entrance to Dan's accomidation, a small palace in itself. "Thanks Dan, you've helped me a lot" she said with a smile, before yawning again. "I'll head off to sleep, see you soon" she said in a kind of unsteady mumble, before entering her own residence to get some much earned rest. OOC: Is this okay? I can make adjustments in the morning, i just typed this up since i wanted to do one last thing tonight

Hammond's Arc Hammer came out of hyperspace. At the bridge sat Hammond, kept awake by medicines after an entire week of sleep deprivation due to the extremely violent war his Empire was waging. He wondered if Jalua knew just how much his battles had protected her precious Coalition, and whether she even felt grateful to him. The trust, even friendship he had begun to feel for her were practically shattered, his instincts asking him to blow up the planet, his mind suggesting him to wait.
"Commander, Gyndine patrols are hailing us, asking us to stop." "Tell them who we are, Captain. Don't stop."
Hammond stood up in front of the holotransmitter, and motioned for a communication to begin to be sent to Jalua's HQ. He still had those, in order to communicate with her at all times.
"Empress Jalua Solast, and Black Moon Leader Dan Zorko. You have acted impulsively, turning an action that was originally meant only to contain and prevent into an openly hostile combat. Because of you, I have lost 3 men, and 18 others lie wounded. One Jedi has died for you today, and 500 others remain in my prisons.
I desire to speak to the Council, in a private meeting. Before, I had no intention of spilling Jedi blood. Now, because of your reckless actions, I will execute ten Jedi prisoners for every hour you do not allow the Jedi Council, the entire Jedi Council, to speak with me. I do not wish to do this. As I said, I was driven to this action by the worthless Coalition-Black Moon "joint operation" farse.
If no response is given in three standard hours, I will officially declare war upon the Coalition and Black Moon. As Supreme Commander of the Galactic Empire, I cannot allow the Coalition to jeopardize the safety of my citizens, nor can I allow top secret Imperial Operations to be put at risk by the mere whims of an Empress new to the throne."
Hammond paused, and a great shadow passed over his face.
"Dan, Jalua. We were good allies, even friends. However, if you put emotion before thought, you will find me a terrible enemy. I don't wish for war. Let me speak with the Jedi."

Dan was about to strip off his armor when his comm buzzed. "What?" he groaned. "Imperials sir. Th-" Dan cut off Clemence. "They're pissed off." "Yes sir." "THey're threatening war." "Yes sir." "They want to speak with me and Jalua." "And the Jedi Council, sir." Dan groaned. "Can't I get any sleep anymore? Ok, hold back for now, only fire if attacked, launch starfighters into defensive positions."
At this point Dan sprinted down the corridor, until he found a royal officer. "The Empresses room?" he asked breathlessely. The officer pointed, and Dan took off in that direction. He kept going until he found a door flanked by two guard. "The Empresses room?" he asked. "Yes sir," said one. "But the Empress has ordered not to be dis- Hey! Stop that!" he angirly yelled as Dan started banging on the door with the palm of his hand. Dan ignored him. "JALUA! JALUA! Potential Disaster #2 has arrived! Jalua, wake up!"

Grumbling, her head didn't take in the first message. She had practically gone to sleep the second she hit her bed, and now the lack of sleep was making her body refuse to get up. It was after a few minutes that things became clearer and she remembers parts of what had been said, and recognise who was shouting. Now she knew something was wrong and used the force to refresh her body the best she could. It would hopefully be enough to make her head have the ability to understand speech again. While using the force, she felt another familiar presence.
She opened the door and looked at Dan. "John is here" she stated abrumpty, knowing full well that it was he that was the problem. "What does he want?".

Dan was debating blasting the lock when the door finally opened. "By the sith, you're a heavy sleeper..." he grumbled. "Anyways, yes, John is here, and he is pissed, to put it lightly. Hold on a sec." He spoke into his comm. "Clemence? Can you play the Imperial broadcast over this comm?" "Yes sir, standby." said Clemence. After a momment, John's voice came out of the speaker.
"Empress Jalua Solast, and Black Moon Leader Dan Zorko. You have acted impulsively, turning an action that was originally meant only to contain and prevent into an openly hostile combat. Dan cut it off. "Thanks Clemence, stand by for now, hold formation." He cut off the comm and looked at Jalua. "He has to realize that our 'emotional actions' were only because he pretty much he had 'no intention of spilling blood', yet had a friggin armada with him... Anyways, my forces are in defensive stance right now, whatever you decide to do, I'll back you 100%."

Jalua thought hard, John was serious about this. "Tell him that we'll find the Council and get them to speak with him. Because of the distance to his fleet and the time it will take to travel there, it might be best if he comes onto the planet so we can arrange the meeting quicker. He can bring a regiment with him too, i don't want him to feel unwelcomed" she finally said to one of the soldiers, who relayed the message up through the ranks. Jalua indicated for Dan to follow her, and headed back into her appartment. "If John is serious about declaring war, then it means his already prepared himself. Unfortunately, even together we don't stand a chance... our options are limited. Not only that, he can predict our actions in advance" she said to him privately. "I'm going to follow his instructions for now, nothing else i can do. I recommend you sit back and watch for now, he probably doesn't realise your with me at the moment so your safe enough here. While his speaking to the council, I'll make backup plans as a precaution" she said, knowing full well that his armada could arrive here at any time.

Dan nodded. "Your right. My fleets are still being repaired after that last battle helping the Imps at coruscant... I have to disagree though. It's sorta hard to miss a battle group surrounded by TIE Defenders when all Coalition ships have R-wings, so he probably does know I'm with you, or here at least. Where do you want me?"

Hammond recieved Jalua's message. He turned to the man at his shoulder, Tektor Fyaar (OOC: Name is chosen for a reason. . He was the man responsible for training the Guardians, the man who had briefed Darth Vader on how to assault the Jedi Temple, and later the same man who had developed the first effective anti-aging methods, which had allowed him to live for almost twice as long as most humanoids. He looked to be about fortyish, but nobody besides Hammond and himself knew how old he actually was. "What do you think?" "It's going to be a nightmare there. Remember Jabiim?" Fyaar's face was dead serious. Hammond merely raised an eyebrow. "That bad?" "Worse. Look at the planetary images. Normal photos don't reveal anything, but thermal imaging reveals an enormous complex beneath the city, probably military. It's going to be impossible to get to it easily, avoiding bottlenecks, unless we bomb a good part of the city. And even then, large portions of these look like they might be reinforced bunkers, so they might hold out a good while. If we go in, we might not come out." Hammond sighed. He looked at the screens, and realized it was a tactical nightmare. "Start powering up the superlaser. If we don't come out, nothing lives, understood? Don't let energy readings be off, take as long as you need to charge it. Don't fire unless communications are cut." Hammond slapped his chest plate, making sure it was intact. He pulled out his handgun, and opened it, checking the gas levels. It was armed and ready. "Get me 4 platoons of Guardians, and all the shuttles we have, we're going down." He paused, "And attach tracers to everything we've got. I want to know exactly what route we need to take down to that complex." Arc Hammer to Gyndine Military: Sending shuttles now. Please relay space vectors to shuttles, and landing co-ordinates.

Jalua thought for a moment, before responding. "Dan, it's not going to be safe here. I tried to see what would happen in the future at Ossus, instead, i saw something beyond what Ossus or Gyndine could bring us. It was horrible". She paused for another few seconds, breathing in deeply and then slowly out again. "Save your fleet, if you take your injured is up to you. Head to anywhere you feel safe, just keep out of sight and out of contact". She placed her old lightsaber into Dan's palm. "When it is safe, I will find you. That will guide me, and me alone". This is Gyndine Control. You can go in safety at 44,-192,-86,31. You have also been cleared to land at Ryanda Air BaseOOC: Not the Star Fort, just a normal base where you can talk with the Jedi Council in private and safety

Hammond laid back in the shuttle, at home among his guard. They wouldn't descend in any particular formation, but would instead all form up in a regiment until they reached the meeting area. Nobody would know where Hammond was, at least for a while.
The shuttles landed in a perfect delta formation, dropping off the soldiers and returning to the air immediately to make room for the next wave. Soon, the regiment was ready to deploy, carrying all of their equipment with them.
They proceeded to the meeting room, leaving squads behind to establish as secure points as possible and maintain an open route to the landing area.
Finally, they got to the meeting room, and Hammond went in with six other soldiers, one of them Fyaar. He sat down without waiting to be invited, and not concerned at the fact that neither the pirate, nor the Jedi Council had arrived yet.

Jalua answered quickly to the question. "Far away from here. I'll come to you once it's safe". It was a quick and easy way of diverting Dan's curosity away from her destination, which she herself would need to find. But to do that, she would need to get prepared.
